Begin by collecting the LADDER and Monk Figurine 1/8, then place the ladder to access a higher area. Take the Knife Handle, attach it to complete the Knife, and use it to retrieve the Shovel.
Use the knife to cut through the barrier, then pick up the Key and Monk Figurine 2/8. Insert the key into the lock, turn it, and enter Maaron’s Cottage. Inside, grab the Sphere, speak with the man to receive the Rune, and clear the hay twice to uncover the Sickle.
Collect two more Monk Figurines, then open the drawer and lift the cloth to find a Full Oil Can and a Candle. Head downstairs, place the Rune, and take the Hammer before going left to reach the Lake of Life.
At the lake, you’ll meet the druid Maaron-Hermit, who explains that an unknown evil has struck the Forgotten Lands and requests your help. He arranges a meeting for you at the Lake of Life, near the tower—your next destination.
Talk to the Mermaid and play the mosaic puzzle, using the magnifier to reveal hidden symbols. Once the mosaic is restored, you’ll receive the Stopcock. Next, take the Key, use the Shovel to dig up an item, and collect the Music Box Drum. Cut away vegetation with the Sickle to find Monk Figurine 5/8, then head back down twice.
Use the new Key to open a locked area and move left to pick up the Net, Pitchfork, and Monk Figurine 6/8. Use the Pitchfork to clear debris, revealing Monk Figurine 7/8. Open the lantern to collect the Energy Sphere, then install the Music Box Drum in its slot and return to Maaron’s Cottage.
Use the Hammer on the carpet three times to remove nails, then lift the board to take the Saw. Install the Stopcock, then play the figurine puzzle. Rotate the circles to align the monks according to the background image until the mechanism unlocks.
In the next area, collect another Energy Sphere, then go down and turn right to place two Energy Spheres and power the device. Use the Saw to cut through an obstacle, collect the Water Portal Activation, and pick up the last Monk Figurine (8/8). Place all eight figurines to start another puzzle where you must arrange them so their hands form a complete energy chain.
Once the energy field activates, proceed forward, take the Matchbox, and use the Knife to obtain a Tassel. Light the Candle using the Matchbox, and gather the Purple Essence.
Use the Knife again to uncover a Mosaic Fragment, then turn left and use the Net to collect Duckweed. Return to Maaron’s Cottage and place both the Water Portal Activation and Duckweed into the workstation. Grind the ingredients with the Pestle, place the Mortar on the burner, pour in the Purple Essence, and collect the Powder of Flying.
Go down, turn left, and use the Tassel to open a hidden compartment. Take the Phoenix Feather, then travel to the Tower Hall and combine the Phoenix Feather with the Powder of Flying to proceed to the next stage of your journey.
Arriving at the tower, talk to Maaron, who explains that the Horsemen have returned to the Forgotten Lands, spreading destruction and chaos. He’ll entrust you with another task before disappearing into the portal.
Begin by taking the Lens, then collect the Mosaic Fragment and the Iron Rod. Move forward to find a small cave, where you can use the Lens to uncover hidden symbols. Inside, take the Rope and Board, then use the Iron Rod to pry open the chest and obtain the Small Gear.
Go back to the main area and use the Rope to pull down the ladder, giving you access to the upper platform. Pick up the Empty Bucket and Crowbar, and head down again. Use the Crowbar to open the crate and retrieve the Second Small Gear.
Return to the platform and install both Small Gears on the mechanism. Turn the handle to lower the bridge, then cross to the other side. Pick up the Metal Plate and proceed to the Workshop Entrance.
Here, take the Brush, Handle, and Bellows, and use the Brush to clean the dirty plaque to reveal a symbol clue. Insert the Handle into the mechanism, then move to the next area, Smithy Hall.
Inside the Smithy, collect the Charcoal, Crucible, and Hammer Head. Combine the hammer head with the handle to form a complete Hammer. Use it to break the cracked wall and obtain the Green Crystal.
Go back to the previous room and place the Crucible into the furnace. Use the Bellows to ignite it, then pour the molten metal into the mold to create the Key.
Return to the Tower Entrance, use the Key to unlock the gate, and go through to reach the Observatory. Pick up the Telescope Part, Mosaic Fragment, and Cogwheel. Attach the telescope part to the base and solve the alignment puzzle to reveal a hidden constellation.
Use this constellation clue to open the nearby chest and obtain the Red Crystal and Gold Plaque. Place the plaque on the statue outside to trigger a hidden compartment that contains the Water Symbol.
Finally, return to the workshop area and combine the Water Symbol with the existing mechanism. Once placed correctly, the water flow will activate a hidden portal, leading you onward to the next chapter of your quest.
As you pass through the portal, you arrive in the Ancient Valley, where mysterious ruins and signs of the Four Horsemen’s destruction surround you. Start by collecting the Broken Spear, Leather Belt, and Rope Ladder.
Use the Broken Spear on the vines to clear your path, revealing a Golden Apple and Mosaic Fragment. Continue forward to the Statue Platform and use the Rope Ladder to climb to the next area. Pick up the Gear Handle, then examine the damaged bridge mechanism nearby.
Attach the Gear Handle and use the Leather Belt as a makeshift drive band to repair it. Pull the lever to lower the bridge and cross to the opposite side. Collect the Stone Disk and Piece of Map, then proceed to the Old Fortress Gate.
Here, you’ll find a large puzzle with rotating stone rings. Insert the Stone Disk into the missing slot and rotate the rings until the symbols align, unlocking the fortress gate. Enter the Courtyard and pick up the Shield Emblem, Rusty Sword, and Bucket of Water.
Use the Water on the moss-covered statue to reveal another Mosaic Fragment. Combine it with your existing fragments to complete the first mosaic puzzle, which opens a hidden compartment containing the Crystal Sphere.
Next, use the Rusty Sword on the grindstone located in the courtyard to obtain a Sharpened Sword, then use it to cut through the tangled vines on the door. Inside the small chamber, collect the Bronze Key and Ancient Scroll.
Head back outside and use the Bronze Key to unlock the side gate. Enter the Garden Passage, where you’ll find a broken fountain. Take the Valve Handle, Metal Feather, and Mosaic Fragment. Place the Valve Handle on the fountain’s base and turn it to drain the water, revealing the Blue Crystal.
Move forward to the Mountain Path, where you’ll spot a strange symbol etched into the rock wall. Place the Crystal Sphere into the slot and rotate it until the lines glow, opening a secret passage. Inside, collect the Phoenix Emblem and Tongs, and use the tongs to pull out a Heated Gear from the lava pool.
Cool the heated gear in the bucket of water to obtain a Tempered Gear, then head back to the fortress courtyard. Insert the Tempered Gear into the wall mechanism and turn it to reveal a stairway leading down into the underground chambers.
Descend into the Underground Chambers, where dim torchlight reveals ancient machinery and cryptic carvings. Begin by picking up the Metal Chain, Stone Hammer, and Iron Wheel. Examine the wall panel to find a damaged lever slot.
Attach the Iron Wheel to the mechanism and use the Stone Hammer to break the cracked wall beside it, uncovering the Fire Crystal and a Mosaic Fragment. Collect both, then move deeper into the chamber.
Use the Metal Chain to pull down the hanging bridge and cross to the far platform. Pick up the Torch, Flask of Oil, and Ancient Symbol. Combine the torch with the oil to light it, illuminating hidden drawings on the walls. These drawings reveal the order of four elemental crystals — Water, Fire, Earth, and Air.
Return to the crystal pedestal near the chamber entrance and place the Fire Crystal and Blue Crystal from earlier into their respective slots. The mechanism activates partially, showing two symbols still unlit.
Continue through the narrow passage to the Cavern of Statues. Here, collect the Metal Rod, Chisel, and Old Rope. Use the Chisel on the cracked statue base to reveal the Earth Crystal, then take it and head back to the main pedestal. Insert the Earth Crystal to power a new section of the machinery.
Go down the newly opened path to find a large locked door covered in intricate runes. Use the Ancient Symbol on the indentation to reveal a hidden chamber. Inside, pick up the Wind Emblem, Mosaic Fragment, and a Silver Handle.
Attach the Silver Handle to the mechanism in the center and turn it to activate a fan that blows away dust, exposing the Air Crystal. Take it and return to the crystal pedestal. Insert the Air Crystal to complete the sequence, fully activating the ancient gateway.
A cutscene follows, showing the massive stone door sliding open, leading you to the Ruined Observatory. Inside, collect the Gilded Sun Token, Small Gear, and Lens Fragment. Use the Lens Fragment with your existing lens to repair it, then place it into the telescope stand.
Align the constellations according to the pattern revealed earlier in the tower. Completing the puzzle grants access to a compartment holding the Map Piece and Gold Feather, both needed for the next location.
Use the Map Piece to repair the torn map found earlier, revealing a new travel point. Follow the marked route to reach the Floating Isles, a mysterious area suspended high above the clouds. As you arrive, take the Hook, Chain, and Mosaic Fragment from the landing platform.
Combine the Hook with the Chain to create a Grappling Hook, then use it to pull down the broken bridge. Cross to the opposite isle and collect the Sun Medallion, Crank Handle, and Phoenix Emblem. Place the Crank Handle on the nearby winch and rotate it to raise a hidden chest from the clouds.
Open the chest to receive the Golden Key and Mosaic Fragment. Return to the starting platform and use the Golden Key on the locked gate. Beyond it, you’ll discover the Celestial Garden—an area filled with overgrown plants and strange golden mechanisms.
Pick up the Gardening Shears, Stone Leaf, and Silver Chalice. Use the shears to trim the vines around the central statue, revealing slots for missing emblems. Insert the Phoenix Emblem and Sun Medallion into their respective places to open a secret compartment containing the Orb of Light.
Proceed deeper into the garden and take the Pulley, Iron Wedge, and Mosaic Fragment. Attach the Pulley to the crane and secure it using the Iron Wedge to stabilize the structure. Operate the crane to move the large stone blocking your path, then advance to the Ancient Altar.
Here, you’ll find four recesses matching the shapes of crystals. Place the Orb of Light into the first slot to partially activate the altar. Take the Emerald Feather and inspect the glowing sigil in the center to unlock the next destination on your map.
Travel to the Temple Ruins. Upon arrival, collect the Metal Sun, Mosaic Fragment, and Crescent Symbol. Place the Metal Sun in the indentation on the floor and step back as a mechanism rises from beneath the surface, revealing another puzzle.
Arrange the rotating rings so that the sun rays align perfectly with the crescent symbol. When completed, the pedestal will open, giving you the Earth Rune.
Finally, return to the Ancient Altar and insert the Earth Rune into the remaining slot. The altar will emit a beam of light, unlocking a new pathway leading further into the mountain where the second Horseman awaits.
Follow the newly opened path into the Mountain Depths, where ancient magic hums through the stone walls. Begin by picking up the Pickaxe, Iron Lever, and Torch Holder from the floor. Attach the Torch Holder to the wall and light it with your torch to illuminate the chamber.
Examine the mural to reveal the story of the second Horseman — the one known as War. Collect the Mosaic Fragment and move forward into the Collapsed Tunnel. Use the Pickaxe to break through the rubble, uncovering a passage that leads into a hidden forge.
Inside, gather the Coal, Metal Bar, and Tongs. Place the Coal into the furnace and ignite it to produce heat, then use the Metal Bar and Tongs to forge the Metal Handle. Once cooled, combine it with the Iron Lever to create a Reinforced Lever.
Return to the tunnel entrance and insert the Reinforced Lever into the slot on the wall. Pull it to raise the ancient gate and proceed to the Hall of Warriors. Here, collect the Broken Shield, Bronze Lion Head, and Stone Tablet Piece.
Examine the wall relief depicting soldiers. Use the Bronze Lion Head to complete the sculpture, revealing a hidden compartment with the Flame Crystal inside. Take it and inspect the damaged mosaic panel nearby. Place your Mosaic Fragments and solve the image puzzle by rotating the pieces until the symbols align.
Once completed, a small compartment opens containing the Red Rune and Ancient Coin. Continue deeper through the hall until you reach a large sealed door covered in runes. Insert the Red Rune into the center slot to unlock it, granting access to the Sanctum of War.
Inside, pick up the Golden Chalice, Sun Fragment, and Sword Hilt. Combine the Sword Hilt with the Sharpened Sword from earlier to form the Warrior’s Blade. Place it into the hands of the statue in the room to trigger a cutscene.
The spirit of the fallen warrior appears, thanking you for restoring his weapon and offering the Stone of Valor as a gift. Once you collect it, the ground shakes, and a new exit opens, leading toward the Bridge of Echoes.
Step onto the Bridge of Echoes, where mist swirls below and strange whispers fill the air. Begin by collecting the Rope, Gear Wheel, and Silver Feather from the bridge floor. Attach the Gear Wheel to the nearby mechanism and use the Rope to secure the broken railing, allowing you to cross safely to the far side.
Once across, collect the Stone Eagle, Mosaic Fragment, and Crank Handle. Insert the crank into the mechanical post and turn it to lower a hidden lift platform. Step onto the lift to descend to the Forgotten Halls.
Here, you’ll encounter a massive statue holding two glowing crystal sockets. Place the Flame Crystal from earlier into the right socket to partially activate the mechanism. Then explore the surrounding chambers to find the missing components.
Start by moving left to collect the Blue Orb, Iron Feather, and Stone Medallion. Insert the Stone Medallion into the wall indentation and rotate the segments until the inner symbol lights up. This unlocks a compartment with the Wind Crystal inside.
Return to the main statue and place the Wind Crystal into the second socket. The statue’s hands move apart, revealing a staircase descending into the Hall of Winds. Pick up the Golden Gear, Mosaic Fragment, and Ancient Rune Tablet.
Use the Golden Gear on the side mechanism and turn it to open a gate leading deeper into the ruins. Inside, collect the Emerald Feather, Chain Piece, and Lever Handle. Combine the Chain Piece with the previous Metal Chain to create a Strong Chain and use it to repair the broken lift nearby.
Operate the lever to ascend to the Sky Platform, a wide terrace with ancient carvings of birds and the Four Horsemen. Place the Silver Feather, Iron Feather, and Emerald Feather into the pedestal slots, then solve the rotation puzzle by aligning the feathers with their matching symbols.
Completing the puzzle unlocks a glowing compartment containing the Stone of Air, the second elemental artifact. Take it and watch a brief cutscene as the wind currents calm and the path ahead clears, revealing a new portal.
Step through the portal to reach the Ruins of Ice, the next area tied to the third Horseman.
As you emerge from the portal, you find yourself in the Ruins of Ice, where frozen pillars and ancient runes shimmer beneath layers of frost. Begin by collecting the Ice Pick, Frozen Rope, and Iron Disk. Use the ice pick on the frozen ground to free a Metal Plate and a Mosaic Fragment.
Move toward the frozen gate and use the Frozen Rope on the pulley system to test its weight—it snaps instantly. You’ll need to repair it. Search the right side to find Tar, Cloth, and Broken Hook. Combine the tar with the cloth to create Tarred Cloth, then use it to fix the hook. Attach it to the broken rope to make a Reinforced Hook, and use it to open the frozen gate.
Enter the Glacial Hall, collect the Torch, Stone Wolf, and Fire Powder, and place the torch near the brazier. Sprinkle the fire powder to ignite it, melting nearby ice and revealing the Blue Gem.
Proceed deeper into the hall to find a massive frozen statue. Use the Metal Plate on the base slot to unlock a compartment containing the Crystal Heart and Mosaic Fragment. Combine all your mosaic fragments at the nearby panel and solve the pattern puzzle to form a glowing seal. This activates a staircase leading up to the Frost Balcony.
On the balcony, collect the Silver Gear, Wolf Medallion, and Frozen Feather. Use the Wolf Medallion on the recess in the wall to release a Steam Pipe. Take it, then return to the hall below.
Insert the Steam Pipe into the furnace and ignite the flame once again to heat the chamber. The ice melts further, revealing a Steel Key and an Ancient Rune Piece. Use the steel key to unlock the chest beside the statue and collect the Ice Crystal within.
Head back up to the Frost Balcony and insert the Ice Crystal into the pedestal. This triggers a magical reaction that revives the frozen wolf statue. The spirit of the wolf thanks you for freeing it and grants the Stone of Ice, the third elemental artifact.
After collecting the Stone of Ice, the chamber begins to collapse. Quickly grab the Blue Rune from the fallen debris, then step through the newly formed ice portal to escape the ruins.
You emerge from the icy portal into the Ashen Valley, a place scorched by fire and thick with smoke. The landscape glows dimly from rivers of molten rock winding between blackened stones. Begin by collecting the Tongs, Charred Stick, and Metal Crest near the entrance. Use the tongs to retrieve a Glowing Ember from the lava flow, then combine it with the charred stick to create a Burning Torch.
Move toward the large stone gate guarded by a scorched emblem. Place the Metal Crest into the center of the door to activate a short puzzle. Rotate each segment until the outer flame symbols align. When completed, the gate opens, revealing the Forge of Flames.
Inside, collect the Hammer, Molten Shard, and Stone Lion Head. Use the hammer to break the cracked anvil base and retrieve a Gear Fragment and Smoldering Ash. Next, examine the furnace. Insert the molten shard and blow air using the nearby bellows to reignite it, revealing a Golden Key inside the coals.
Cool the key with the smoldering ash, then use it to open the locked chest on the left. Inside, you’ll find the Fire Medallion, Iron Chain, and Mosaic Fragment.
Proceed to the back of the forge where a colossal statue of a lion dominates the chamber. Insert the Stone Lion Head into the empty socket to activate the mechanism. Pull the lever beside it, and the lion’s mouth opens to release a Flame Crystal. Take it, then place the Fire Medallion into the pedestal nearby to reveal a fiery glyph on the floor.
Step onto the glyph and use the Torch to ignite the four surrounding braziers in order, starting from the left and moving clockwise. Once done, a glowing orb emerges, hovering before you. Reach out to obtain the Stone of Fire, the fourth and final elemental artifact.
The ground trembles as lava surges. Quickly grab the Red Rune from the debris near the exit and move toward the crumbling passage. The portal to the Temple of Balance opens ahead, the place where all four artifacts must be united.
Stepping through the fiery portal, you arrive at the Temple of Balance, an enormous stone sanctuary floating between realms. The air hums with ancient power, and four pedestals stand at the temple’s center, each marked with an elemental sigil.
Begin by collecting the Temple Key, Bronze Disk, and Ancient Scroll near the entrance. Approach the central dais and read the scroll; it reveals that the four elemental stones must be placed in the correct order, Air, Ice, Fire, and Earth — to restore harmony.
Move to the right side of the temple and examine the broken mural. Use the Bronze Disk to repair its missing segment and align the symbols according to the runes gathered earlier. When the image lights up, a hidden drawer opens with the Stone of Earth resting inside, the final piece of the set.
Now, place each elemental stone on its corresponding pedestal: Stone of Air to the northeast, Stone of Ice to the northwest, Stone of Fire to the southeast, and Stone of Earth to the southwest. The moment the fourth stone is placed, glowing energy connects them, revealing the Seal of Balance in the center.
Take the Seal of Balance and head toward the altar doors at the far end of the temple. Use the Temple Key to unlock them, revealing a massive chamber filled with light. At its center stands a spectral figure — the spirit guardian of the Lost Lands. Speak to him to learn that the Four Horsemen have been unleashed because the balance of nature was broken long ago.
After the dialogue, place the Seal of Balance into the circular mechanism. A magical sequence begins, merging the elements into one. As energy surges through the chamber, collect the Crystal Core that appears and insert it into the control pedestal to stabilize the realm’s power.
The temple trembles, and the guardian instructs you to solve one final puzzle. Rearrange the glowing rune rings so that all four elemental symbols connect in harmony. Once aligned correctly, the entire room floods with radiant light, signifying that balance has been restored.
When the light fades, a portal opens to the Sanctuary of Time, where your final confrontation with the Horsemen awaits.
You step into the Sanctuary of Time, a vast hall where glowing sand drifts upward like smoke. The voices of the Four Horsemen echo faintly as their shadows circle above. Begin by collecting the Silver Dagger, Crystal Lens, and Golden Orb scattered near the entrance. Use the dagger to cut through the vines covering the mural on the left wall and reveal a hidden mechanism.
Insert the Crystal Lens into the center slot of the mechanism and rotate it until beams of light strike the opposite mirrors. When aligned correctly, the mirrors open a secret compartment holding the Time Medallion.
Cross the bridge to the far platform and take the Ancient Gear, Runic Shard, and Stone Tablet Fragment. Place the gear into the side machine to repair it, then pull the lever to activate the upper lift. Ascend to the Chamber of Eternity above.
Here, the four Horsemen materialize, each representing Fire, Ice, Air, and Earth. They roar in unison, shattering the crystal seals around the chamber. Your goal is to channel each elemental stone’s energy back into the balance core.
Start with the Fire Horseman: use the Golden Orb on the burning brazier to weaken his flames, then activate the Fire pedestal to seal his power. Move to the Ice Horseman next — place the Time Medallion into the frozen slot and turn it clockwise to freeze him mid-attack, allowing you to reclaim the Ice essence.
Next, face the Air Horseman by rearranging the glowing runes on the left wall in the correct pattern: spiral, wave, feather, gust. Once the runes align, the winds calm, and you can draw his energy into the Air pedestal.
Finally, approach the Earth Horseman. Place the Stone Tablet Fragment into the altar, completing its inscription. When you press the center, the ground splits open, trapping the Earth Horseman in crystal. Collect the last essence from him.
With all four essences restored, return to the center dais and insert them into the Crystal Core. A brilliant vortex forms as the power of the elements fuses into one unified light. The Four Horsemen bow in silence before vanishing into the void — sealed away once more.
As the chamber stabilizes, the Guardian of the Lost Lands reappears, praising your efforts. He explains that peace has been restored, and the realms are once again in harmony. Step into the glowing portal that opens before you, returning to your own world as dawn breaks over the mountains.
The story closes with a vision of the Lost Lands returning to life, rivers flowing, skies clearing, and the ruins breathing with magic once again. A single whisper lingers in the wind: “The balance endures… for now.”
