Dream Escape – Chapter 5 Walkthrough

Unlocking the fifth chapter of Dream Escape has taken a lot of time. It isn’t like something what could happen within 2 to 3 hours, spending days are required. The story of the female protagonist still continues who is suffering from nightmares while exploring the jungle for clues, solving puzzles to reveal dark secrets, and more. She can’t everything without a good detective and that is you.

With good knowledge of playing puzzle games, you should turn the table to reveal secrets and help the character get rid of all problems. Your only job is to search for hidden items surrounding you, inspect the objects to get codes, and apply them on lockers, doors, and draws to find something that is really helpful to proceed through the plot. Chapter 5 Walkthrough

First, pick up the salt jar, round valve, billiard ball from the telegraph pole, wooden stick by the door, and small stones from the cart.

Retrieve the discarded game console from the trash and observe the traffic light sequence. Press the console button in the same flashing order (green, yellow, green, red, and yellow) to power it on.

Find notes on the gasoline can, billboard, and tree stump, assemble the three paper scraps to reveal the code 57386, then open the ground box to collect a metal handle and relay.

Attach the handle to the round valve to craft a bottle opener, open the salt can, and pour salt over the ice cubes in front of the inn to melt them and gain entry.

Inside, pick up the newspaper on the billiard table, align the hotel flag as per numbers 3578 to release a nail from its frame.

Return outside, insert the nail into the axe stuck in a tree stump, strike it with a stone to free the axe, then combine it with your stick.

Use the new axe to clear a hole in the hotel wall, find a jack, and use it to restore collapsed stairs—recovering the billiard ball underneath.

Back inside, solve the equation on the table, open the drawer for honey, and pour it on snowy footprints to solidify honey and unlock another drawer containing a third billiard ball.

Arrange all three balls on the billiard table triangle, consult the nearby clock to determine their order, and press the yellow button to collect it.

Add the yellow button to the frame and press buttons according to the billboard’s letter counts (2, 3, 4, 1).

Install the iron handle onto the water tank lid, open it, then fit the round valve to uncover a manhole, place both lid and valve onto a cart, push it into the square, and enter.

Open the square container using password 305 to retrieve a music box.

Collect the stone pillar tap, solve the box puzzle for poison spray, then retrieve a rusty knife from the square platform. Find the blue key on a swing and pick up a whetstone from the dock.

Use poison spray on mutant crabs aboard a ship to collect dead crabs, sharpen the rusty knife, and use it to cut the barrel tethered to a stake.

Use an iron bucket to fetch well water, break open a crab shell to find a red paint block, and retrieve the piano opener from a fishing boat.

Lower the sail on the boat to claim a relay and note its clue, then use it to unlock a box near the red-door dock, revealing a ruby.

Inspect the blue-door dock portrait, match eye directions (bottom-left, left, right, top-right, bottom, top) to unlock its box, then apply gel to dissolve the glue on the blue door lock and enter the toolbox.

In the tool warehouse, pick up a relay from a brazier and a note from a table, then unfold the dock hull grate to access a sofa with a drawer that hides fishing line, and assemble a fishing rod.

Collect insects from a swim ring, assemble the rod, line, and insects, fish at the dock to catch a fish, then feed it to an eagle atop the fishing boat to earn fish bones.

Attach the bones to the music box to release a yellow paint block. Return to the hotel, install a cork in the water tank, pour in the bucket of water, let a balloon rise, and retrieve a blue paint block from it.

Place the three paint blocks onto a palette in the tool warehouse to reveal the handle, then install all relays and handles on the cinema door to enter.

Inside the cinema, pick up a small lens, read the DRACULA movie poster, open the window to speak with someone, and use the opener on a violin to reveal a second ruby.

Retrieve a red star from the warehouse statue, attach it to the popcorn machine to collect half a pair of tweezers, then install a glass shard in the warehouse to get hint HXKE, open a drawer to recover the second half, and assemble the tweezers.

Use them to fish out hidden banknotes under the dock deck, trade them with a cinema NPC for a coin, then inspect a rabbit figure to decipher the correct code and enter the theatre.

Return to the warehouse, place both rubies into the statue to retrieve two cups, then use these to operate the cinema’s drink machine.

Fill the cups with popcorn and water, serve them to the theater NPC to earn a chess piece and learn the showtime 8 :10.

Back at the hotel, set the time to 8:10 to earn an audio cover, install it in the cinema auditorium, turn on sound, and claim the film reel.

Load the film into the projector, inspect a cabinet behind a curtain, count the letters “CRAT” to derive code 3896, and open it to retrieve a circular saw body.

Check the cinema shelf numbering (9426), open another box to find the saw blade, then assemble a full circular saw. Use it to cut open a cinema statue, gaining half of a red key.

Install a black chess piece base in the warehouse wall mechanism, press 2579 on auditorium seats using the clapperboard clue to get the other half, combine halves to form a complete red key.

Use the key to unlock the fish cabin, inside collect a squid-wrapped deicer, clear a whale’s ice to recover a metal shard, then install that shard in the warehouse drawer to gain half a ring.

Collect the ouroboros metal piece from a fish tank, grab a magnet from the fish cabin cabinets, combine it with your fishing rod to retrieve the other ring half, and assemble the ring.

Place it on the cinema shelf finger to release a screw-handle, install it on the projector, and operate a mechanism.

Adjust the projector gear using a wall-mounted rudder clue to collect its battery, then unlock the fish cabin drawer using cinema password 1739 to retrieve a long-handled weed clip.

Use it to remove a fire hammer from the whale statue, use the hammer to break a glass frame in the cabin and obtain a key, then open a cabinet to get a sharp cutter head and assemble it with a handle.

Open the warehouse typewriter with a screwdriver to retrieve two batteries, install them on the fish cabin wall mechanism to release a diamond-shaped ruby.

Place the ruby on the square platform in the village center, rotate the square’s pillars to match symbol directions, and collect a key.

Use it to open the street church, inside inspect behind the cross to find a note and shaped metal piece, use it to open the donation box and retrieve half an amulet.

Attach it to the statue’s hand to reveal a diode, install it on the nearby electric box. Pick up wire pliers, cut window wiring, and fish a key with wire from a drain.

Use the key to open a wall box to obtain the round valve, then open the sacrificial platform cabinet to acquire a crowbar.

Use the crowbar to open the sewer lid, install the round valve on a water pipe and shut the valve, then toggle the electric box switch to open the fence gate.

Retrieve long nails from a doll, open a note-covered small room to solve table clues, open its box to retrieve a cross necklace.

Place the necklace on a sarcophagus to get a monster key, open its water valve to electrocute the creature, then pry a gem from its head.

Open the small room drawer to get kerosene, solve wall box line clues for a torch, combine it with the kerosene, and light it in the room’s exposed wiring. Finally, return to the street to complete Chapter 5.
