AEM – Cult Mystery: Chapter 3 Walkthrough Guide

5 Min Read

I really enjoyed Chapter 2 and shared the way I completed puzzles with you guys. This time, I am back again with another chapter and an easy guide to bring you out of difficult parts. I really enjoy playing Kate as a character; in short, she is the best detective and always puts herself in trouble to hone her skills.

Similarly, I keep challenging myself and put dozens of hours into completing stories without using any hints; however, sometimes, I watch tutorials to see why I can’t discover the object I need to proceed through the story. You can read my Cult Mystery Chapter 3 walkthrough and follow the path I mentioned to reach the end.

AEM: Cult Mystery – Chapter 3 Walkthrough

First off, go through the open door to begin the first test. Enter the Logic test room and look around carefully. Grab the three sketches from the table. Pick up the small wooden head, the small wooden arm, and the small wooden leg. Then tap on the three torsos placed on the table to start assembling them.

Next, add the body parts onto the torsos. Place the sketches in front of you and study them closely. Recreate each sketch by adjusting the wooden parts until every model matches its drawing exactly. Once all three are correct, collect the Logic crystal and leave the room.

Place the Logic crystal on the pedestal outside. Then go through the next open door to begin the second test.

Dedication Test

Enter the Dedication test room and scan the area. Pick up the corkscrew and use it on the wine bottle to remove the marble inside. Notice the card table and the locked panel on the wall. Study the cards on the table because they reveal the pattern for the wall lock.

  • Look at the first row and add one to the sequence to get the Queen of Spades. Move to the second row and subtract two to get the 3 of Hearts.
  • In the third row, add three and then subtract one to reach the 10 of Spades. In the final row, add the two previous card values together to get the 8 of Diamonds. Enter these four cards into the wall lock to open it.
  • Now open the closet and take the marble inside. Notice the marble puzzle, but see that one marble is still missing. Turn to the colored cubes and solve the pool table puzzle.
  • Drag each colored ball to match the cube order. Place red, orange, and yellow across the top row. Then place purple, green, and blue along the bottom row. Complete the arrangement to receive the pool cue.
  • Use the pool cue to reach into the fireplace and pull out the final marble. Return to the closet and insert all three marbles into the puzzle board.
  • Solve the Marble puzzle by dragging one marble over an adjacent marble into an empty space. Remove the jumped marble each time. Continue making valid moves without using diagonals until only five marbles remain. Once solved, take the Dedication crystal and leave the room. Place it on the pedestal and go through the middle door.

Progress Test

Enter the final room to begin the Progress test. Grab the stack of paper, the key, the lab equipment, and the Bunsen burner. Use the key to unlock the cabinet on the right and take the crystal powder. Open the cabinet on the left as well.

Notice the analyzer has no paper inside. Insert the stack of paper into the analyzer. Then place the crystal powder into it to run the analysis. Examine the printout carefully and observe the red, white, and blue elements listed.

Go to the closet and collect the red, white, and blue crystal components. Place the Bunsen burner and lab equipment on the desk with the rest of the apparatus. Arrange everything into the correct positions and review the printout again.

Follow the formula shown. Pour the red component into the beaker twice. Add the white component once. Then pour the blue component twice. Mix the solution and pour it into the main apparatus. Once the reaction completes, take the Progress crystal.

Leave the room and place the crystal on the pedestal to complete the chapter 3.
