The game begins with a short cutscene featuring a detective and two souls seeking help to be heard. Once the intro ends, you’ll find yourself standing near a computer table where several items can be interacted with. Go close to the table to collect a Coffee Sachet and inspect the drawer to obtain a Map, which displays the locations available to investigate: Police Station and Murder House.
Exploring the Murder House
Start your investigation by selecting the “House” from the map. As you enter, you’ll notice the front door blocked with planks and surrounded by old, rusted objects.
The house contains four messy rooms you can explore using the left and right arrows, and although not everything is useful, you’ll need to interact with key objects to uncover clues.
In the first room, inspect the table to find a box. Open it to reveal a photograph and note the date and time written on it, as this will be useful later. Move to the room on the left, where you’ll find a TV and a cupboard; tap on the cupboard and enter the date and time to unlock it. Check the TV as well to collect a cable, which will be stored in your inventory.
Continue to the next room on the left where a wardrobe is located. Open its drawer to reveal another photo and again, remember the date displayed.
Now proceed to the fourth room, which contains a sofa and a table. Pick up the broken bottle from the table and examine the drawer near the right side of the sofa, which is crawling with termites.
Place the broken cup there, pour the coffee sachet into it, and wait until the termites gather around. Once done, tap the cup to retrieve it back into your inventory.
Head back to the main entrance and use the broken bottle to pour liquid on the wooden door, allowing you to burn or clear the obstruction and gain access to the other side of the house.
Exploring the Other Side
Once inside the cleaner part of the house, you’ll notice four new rooms filled with interactable objects. Start by heading to the room with a bed on the right and a table nearby.
Tap the table to collect a book and interact with the painting to observe the finger position. Exit the room and examine the photo above the classic telephone to see where the finger points.
Locate the briefcase placed between the fireplace and a door. Set the arrow positions to Down, Up, Right, and Left to unlock it. Collect a bulb from inside, then investigate the clothes to observe their tags and the numbers written on them.
To unlock the book, select it from your inventory and enter the following shape sequence: Square, Sand Clock, and Wind.
Once opened, flip through the pages to reveal additional clues, including geometric shapes related to a robot. Memorize both the shapes and their layout for later use.
Now, head over to the fireplace and tap the matching shapes using the clues from the book to unlock it. Inside, you’ll find a pencil and a puzzle piece.
Above the box, you’ll see a bulb holder with three slots. Take the first and third bulbs and insert them into the holder, replacing the missing second bulb. Power it on to continue.
In another room, you’ll find a mirror next to a door. Locate the lamp nearby and plug in the TV cable collected earlier. Fix the bulbs from your inventory into the holder near the mirror.
The solution may vary depending on your game, so follow the diagram you found earlier to place them correctly. Once solved, a ghostly girl appears in the mirror, asking for your help.
Solving the Piano Puzzle
Go to the room where a classic telephone sits between two doors. Head through the left door and open the drawer to find a tube. Now use the pencil you found to draw on the book, which will reveal specific images.
With the image clues in hand, move to the room with a cupboard to the right of the painting. Open its first drawer by setting the matching images, and collect all the objects inside, including a chess piece and another book.
From there, move to the left room near the classic phone. Use a microchip card from your inventory to unlock the drawer and obtain a teddy bear. Take the teddy bear to the mirror and offer it to the ghost girl, who reveals a number in the reflection: 610358.
Using the Telephone and Playing the Music
Return to the room with the telephone and dial 610358. Listen to the tune carefully. Then, go to the right-side room and examine the device on the table.
Recreate the tune by pressing the following keys: 7, 4, 2, 6. This unlocks a drawer containing a vase piece and an arrow—collect both.
Repairing the Vase and Solving the Clock Puzzle
Go back to the room with the broken vase and select glue from your inventory. Piece together all the broken parts to restore the vase. After repairing, collect another arrow from the same location and proceed to the room next to the phone.
Above the table, you’ll find a clock with missing hands. Use the arrows from your inventory to fix them in place, then refer to the purple book to set the time to 02:10:40, as indicated by the shapes. A secret window opens, and a puppet emerges with a key, collect it.
Use the key to open a cupboard in the first room and gather a chess piece and fish food. Now tap the aquarium and zoom in to view the fish.
Consult your book to identify the pattern and direction of each fish, then head to the box near the bulb stand and enter the correct combination to open it. Inside, you’ll find another chess piece.
Solving the Chess Puzzle and Discovering the Truth
Open the third drawer to retrieve a final chess piece and place all of them on the chess board in the correct order. Once done, a scary cutscene plays where a ghostly hand appears and vanishes, leaving behind a round tile.
Collect the tile and fix it onto the cupboard to complete a design. Align all four tiles according to the chessboard positions to unlock the cupboard and collect the final items: a letter and a set of projector slides.
Now open the map from your inventory and tap the Police Station. Insert all the slides into the projector and hit play to reveal a shocking truth, unlocking a new area called Lian’s House, which continues your investigation deeper into the case.
