Operation Dead Sea Walkthrough Guide
First, go to the Theatre where you need to collect the Roll of String from the table. Once you have it, open the cabinet nearby and pick up the Balloon along with the Helium Tank.
After that, go back to the right side and use the Helium Tank to kill the Attendant (Camera Seller). Then, leave the location.
Next, head over to the Sushi Bar and collect both the Serving Tray and the Spoon. Once you’ve got them, go back left and continue right to reach the Infirmary.
Enter Room 31
Enter Room 31 (First Aid) and use the Spoon to kill the Doctor, then leave the area.
After that, go into Room 32 (Concierge) and speak with the Night Concierge. Choose the third dialogue option and he will leave the room.
Leave the concierge area, wait for him to return to his office, then follow him and speak to him again using the third option. Keep repeating this distraction method until the Excuses, Excuses achievement is unlocked.
Once you’re done, go back, head upstairs, and move straight ahead to pick up the Coin from the floor.
Then return back two times, go left into the Theatre, and continue left again to reach the Casino.
Now you need to combine the Roll of String with the Coin, and inflate the Balloon using the Helium Tank.
Attach the Balloon to the String, and then use the Balloon with String on the security camera.
Next, use the Coin with String on the slot machine, and once you win, collect the Winnings, the Coin with String, and the Balloon with String.
Theatre
Go back to the Theatre, and now use the Serving Tray with the Spoon, then give both items to the Drummer.
Once everyone leaves the room, pick up the Tuner from the stage.
Head to the right and use the Winnings on the Camera Seller to purchase the Audio Recorder.
Then go right again to reach the Infirmary, and use the Audio Recorder with the Suggestion Box.
Now enter Room 32 (Concierge) again and distract the Night Concierge with the third dialogue option to get him to leave.
Infirmary
Go back and wait near the Infirmary, and when he returns to his office, follow him again and distract him once more using the third option.
This time, pick up the Audio Recorder and combine it with the Tuner to decode the tones.
After listening, enter the combination 619258. Then, pick up the Oar from the wall and the Basic Room Keycard from the desk.
Click the monitor and use the Keycard with the encoder on the left. Select room 42 to encode the card.
Go Upstairs
Leave and go upstairs, then use the Basic Room Keycard to enter room 42. Inside the room, click the ticket on the bed and use the phone to call 3618744 to receive the Shirt (collectible 6/6).
Pick up the Blanket from the bed and the Electric Kettle from the counter.
Next, use the phone again, press 0 to call the lobby, and choose the first option to order room service.
Leave the room and pick up the Service Cart from the hallway.
After that, go back and return to the Infirmary. Use the Electric Kettle with the Water Cooler to fill it.
Then go straight ahead and use the Oar to kill the Man, and leave the location once it’s done.
Now go upstairs and enter room 42 again. Use the Electric Kettle with the kettle base to heat it.
Go to the Sushi Bar and use the Heated Kettle on the sushi.
Once the sushi is ruined, pick up the Luxury Suite Keycard from the floor. Go back to the Infirmary and enter room 31 (First Aid). Open the refrigerator and take one Bag of Blood. Don’t forget to close the fridge before you leave.
Room 42
Now go upstairs and return to room 42. Pick up the Body and place it inside the Service Cart. Leave the room and go straight ahead. Use the Luxury Suite Keycard to enter the room on the right.
Once inside, take the Body out of the cart. Use the Blanket on the balcony, then click the blanket to climb down. Open the cage, place the Body inside, followed by the Blood Bag.
Lower the cage into the water, pull it back up, and then close it. Climb back up using the Blanket, click it again to remove it, and place the Luxury Suite Keycard on the bed before leaving the room.
Drop the Coin on the floor, then go back and re-enter room 42. Place the Blanket back on the bed and the Electric Kettle back on the kettle base. Leave the room, then use the Service Cart with the door to room 42 to return it.
Now go back to the Theatre. Place the Balloon and Helium Tank back inside the cabinet, and return the Tuner and Roll of String to their original places.
Leave the room and head to the Sushi Bar. Return the Tray and Spoon to their spots. Next, go to the Infirmary and enter room 32 (Concierge). Hang the Oar back on the wall, and return the Basic Room Keycard to the desk.
Leave the room and go straight ahead. Throw the Audio Recorder into the ocean. Mission complete.
