Chapter 6 – Painted Worlds Walkthrough Guide

First, you should collect a purple paint drop from the platform and grab the hedge clippers nearby. After that, look at Joe Singer’s gravestone and interact with the red and purple ghosts standing around the area.

Use the hedge clippers to trim the bushes and collect a broom along with an egg. Then, sweep the moss off Flora’s gravestone using the broom and pay attention to the pattern of flowers that appears there.

Grow flowers on Flora’s grave in the following pattern: one flower on the upper left, three on the upper right, three on the lower left, and two on the lower right. After the flowers are grown correctly, Flora will appear, and you can collect the blue and red paint drops before heading left to the next area.

Pick up the yellow, orange, and green paint drops scattered around, and now your paintbrush is activated and ready to use. Use the hedge clippers again to remove the overgrown flowers blocking the graves, then take out the paintbrush and paint the graves and the statue’s book nearby. Notice the lock on the gate that displays the phrase “GO ON IN.”

Now, match the initials from the message to the graves around you: Glenn Orchard (26), Oscar Nevergood (71), and Isabel Nightingale (85). Once you’ve matched the names correctly, enter the code 267185 to unlock the gate and continue.

After opening the gate, solve the Ghost Puzzle by guiding Gary to collect five bones without being seen by the patrolling ghosts. Once all bones are collected, stack them to form a ladder that leads up to the owl’s nest.

Talk to the owl and offer him the egg from your inventory in exchange for a cello bow. Bring the cello bow to the purple ghost, who will play a tune that wakes up the green ghost nearby.

The green ghost sings a clue related to the door knockers, saying, “Last one first, double knocks; first one last, one less knock than the middle.” Based on this clue, knock the door knockers in the order 6, 4, 3, then enter the mausoleum.

Inside the mausoleum, use the paintbrush to paint the scene, sweep the dusty floor, and clear away any cobwebs. Pick up a key, a matchbook, and a few stained glass pieces lying around the area.

Use the matches to light the candles placed in the room and take a puzzle piece from the candle stand. Use the key to unlock the cabinet and grab another puzzle piece from inside.

Now, solve the angel statues puzzle using the clues written in the stone book. Once solved, collect the final stained glass piece and place all the pieces into the stained glass puzzle on the table.

After the puzzle is completed, the yellow ghost will appear and help guide you through the haunted swamp.
